This recognition marks their sixteenth consecutive year on the list, a testament to their consistent commitment to creating a positive work environment. The ranking is determined by an independent research firm, Best Companies Group (BCG), which uses a thorough two-survey process to evaluate participating companies’ policies, practices, benefits, and employee feedback.
